Returns & Refunds
All DUNBOSS t-shirts are printed on demand for each order by our production partner in Europe. Because of this, please read the rules below before ordering.
1. Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing contact@dunboss.com with your order number. After that, your t-shirt may already be in production and the order can no longer be cancelled, but your legal right of withdrawal (section 3) still applies where it is not excluded.
2. Wrong, defective or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is not what you ordered (wrong size, colour or design), contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@dunboss.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and the problem.
After we review it, we will send you a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask you to. These costs are always covered by us.
3. Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of the day you receive your goods, without giving a reason.
To do this, email contact@dunboss.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You must then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.
The item must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received it. We may reduce the refund if the item has been worn or handled more than necessary to check it.
The cost of sending the item back is paid by you.
We will refund the product price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait to refund until we receive the item back or you show proof that you have sent it.
4. Personalised items
T-shirts printed with your own photo or design are made to your specifications. According to EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective, damaged or not as ordered (see section 2).
Please check your photo, its position, the colour and the size carefully before ordering.
5. Exchanges
Because each item is printed to order, we do not exchange items directly. If you need a different size of a non-personalised item, return it under section 3 and place a new order.
6. Where to send returns
Do not send items back without contacting us first. We will reply with the return address. Items sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few extra days to show the refund.
8. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection law, including the legal guarantee for goods that are defective or not as described.
